Exercise is my daily non-negotiable. Whether it’s High-Intensity Interval Training, weight training, hiking, or stretching routines; movement keeps me grounded, energized, and ready for the day.

Health Consultant

I work with individuals to create personalized strategies for health optimization, incorporating practical, science-backed valuable guidance managing chronic metabolic disease, gut issues and skin health by integrating various wellness strategies and required supplements.

I wasn’t always in the wellness space.

For years, I worked as a physician, balancing a demanding medical career with family life, entrepreneurship, and everyday responsibilities. As a driven type-A personality, I thrived on achieving my goals and helping others, but the pace of life eventually caught up with me.

I began noticing signs like fatigue and exhaustion, which I initially brushed off as part of a busy lifestyle. It wasn’t until my body made it clear that something had to change that I started my journey toward holistic and functional transition.

That moment became a turning point.

I realized my mission extended far beyond the confines of a 9-to-5 clinical job. While my career had been fulfilling, I felt called to do more—to create a ripple effect that could empower thousands of people to take charge of their health living a balanced life.

This realization marked the beginning of my journey into integrative wellness. I combined my medical background with practical self-care strategies and biohacking techniques to reclaim my health. From there, I set out to build a brand focused on educating and inspiring others to prioritize their well-being.

What inspires me beyond my work.

Hiking, home decor, and spending precious moments with my family—these are just a few things that light me up.



I’m an outdoor enthusiast. Heading out for a hike with my family is one of my favorite ways to recharge and reconnect.

I always start my day with sunlight. Morning walks and fresh air are a must for setting my energy and mood for the day.

I’m obsessed with home decor. Creating a beautiful, calming environment brings me so much joy and mental clarity.

My husband and I proudly support St. Jude Hospital in their mission to treat and cure childhood cancers and other life-threatening illnesses.

Through my own experiences, I’ve learned that wellness is fundamental to living a vibrant and balanced life, and I’m passionate about making it accessible to everyone.
